In just a few years of business, our practice has only grown and expanded. In 2018, Santiam Mobile Medicine was established where there was a clear and recognized need for medical services in the Santiam Valley and Aumsville, Oregon areas. Our mobile medicine service traveled across the Santiam Valley to bring medical services to patients. In 2020 we opened our first physical clinic and most recently – in 2023 – we relocated our clinic from Salem to Stayton, OR.

We still offer house calls and mobile care on a case-to-case basis to continue serving each of our patients in the best way possible. We have followed the needs of our patients through our entire process and continue to do so at our new location. We continue to offer most of the medical treatment and care options we did as a mobile clinic while expanding into a broader range of services as a primary care clinic.

We are offering and encouraging Telemedicine appointments when available during the COVID-19 pandemic.  If you are a new or existing patient of our clinic, you can access patient forms, schedule appointments, and securely discuss healthcare through our online Patient Portal.
