Our practice has grown over the years as we provide primary care for all ages, and perform a wide range of medical services including physical examinations and chronic disease management.

Casey Lulay is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner in Oregon. He established a primary care clinic in the Santiam Valley and is also a clinical instructor for Gonzaga University’s Family Nurse Practitioner Program.
